The DHP 0.8 Axial Piston Pump is a core high-pressure water treatment consumable tailored for industrial reverse osmosis scenarios—ideal for small and medium-sized seawater desalination, industrial wastewater desalination, and resource recovery. It specializes in transporting low-viscosity corrosive fluids like seawater and industrial saline wastewater, solving pollution and efficiency pain points in water treatment systems.


Operating on the axial piston principle, it uses the transported fluid as a lubricant, eliminating the need for a traditional oil tank and completely avoiding oil leakage—critical for water treatment’s high cleanliness demands. Weighing only 3.7 kg, its compact structure saves installation space, while the integrated flushing check valve simplifies reverse osmosis membrane system design, cutting costs.


Key components are crafted from 2205 duplex stainless steel (SAF 2205/EN 1.4462/UNS 31803), boasting excellent corrosion resistance to high-salinity media. With low vibration and noise (≤74 dB(A) per EN ISO 3744-2010), it suits environment-sensitive industrial sites. As a fixed-displacement pump, its flow rate is proportional to speed: at 3000 rpm (rated speed), flow reaches 0.81 m³/h, and motor speed can be adjusted via the formula Selected Motor Speed = (Required Flow Rate × 3000)/0.81 to match diverse system needs.
